Born 1950 at Ajmer- Rajasthan in India, Babulal Yadav is a Post Graduate in Business Administration from the prestigious Indian institute of management, Ahmedabad, India. Prior to it he had completed M.Sc. in Physics from Rajasthan University.
He has a long, varied and rich work experience spanning over 28 years mostly in areas of new Project Management, Business Development, Corporate Communication etc.
Starting his management career in 1974 as Manager-Business Development in a state financial institution, he rose to attain the position of President in an ambitious Special Economic Zone Project in Gujarat. For major part of his career, 18 years, he has been associated in the implementation of some of the largest private sector Greenfield projects of India. The list includes industrial projects like soda ash, petroleum refinery, steel, petrochemicals, textiles, and special economic zone etc with costs ranging from us $ 50 million to $200 million. . He has served some of the most reputed business groups of India such as Reliance, Essar, Arvind Mills, Sea King Infrastructure, Dalmia Brothers etc. Besides, in the initial period, his job responsibilities included industrial promotion, marketing, corporate communication etc

During the course of his job, he had acquired experience of working in variety of  business environments and interacting with variety of environmental forces like bureaucracy, politics, media, public, business groups etc. He constantly endeavored to understand and analyze the nature and behavior of such environmental forces. His continuous and systematic study of over 12 years has resulted into the formulation of the Corporate Environment Management (CEM) concept.

He is a visiting faculty to local management institutions like Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad (MICA), Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad Management Association etc. For the last 5 years, he has also been serving as the Chairman of Public Relations Society of India-Ahmedabad Chapter. At all these forums, he has taken the opportunity to introduce and discuss CEM.

His other interests include Homeopathy and Yoga.
